This class introduces parents and babies to the water through gentle activities that encourage acclimation, sensory exploration, bonding, and safety in a fun, supportive environment.
This class builds on foundational water skills, focusing on floating, kicking, and breath control with parental support. It encourages independent exploration while reinforcing water safety, preparing swimmers for the transition to independent lessons.
Introduces young swimmers to the water through playful activities, focusing on comfort, breath control, and basic floating with gentle instructor support. (2.5+ years olds)
Builds confidence with independent floating, kicking, and underwater exploration while introducing essential safety skills like back floats and rollovers.
Develops fundamental swim techniques, including coordinated arm and leg movements, gliding, and rhythmic breathing, while reinforcing water safety skills.
Enhances stroke technique, endurance, and coordination, focusing on freestyle, backstroke, and basic breaststroke movements with improved breathing control.
Strengthens stroke efficiency, endurance, and water skills, refining all four strokes while incorporating turns, dives, and advanced safety techniques.
This program is for swimmers ready to advance their skills, focusing on stroke refinement, speed, endurance, and competitive techniques. It builds strength and proficiency for swim meets or water polo while preparing athletes for team participation or advanced water training.

WaveMakers® is our Adaptive Swim Program and caters to swimmers with unique challenges, including autism, sensory needs, anxiety and motor difficulties. This program provides individualized instruction, promoting water safety, confidence, and skill-building for every swimmer, regardless of their learning style.

SplashSquad is a fun, low-pressure class for ages 7–12 to explore water sports, build strength, and boost confidence with swim drills, beginner water polo, and games. Must swim 25 yards. Meets once a week for 6 weeks at The Colony Aquatic Park. Level 4 completion required to join.
Group 6-week session: $125
Gentle Waves Yoga is a calming, low-impact water class for seniors, beginners, and adults looking to stay active. Held at The Colony Aquatic Park, it uses the water’s natural support to ease joint strain while improving flexibility, balance, and mobility. The gentle pace makes it ideal for those easing into fitness or recovering from injury. It’s a peaceful way to move, stretch, and recharge.
